After serveral years of usage, the accurate configuration and the condition of your hardware is often no longer visible or comprehensible.

We provide a detailed, professional documentation of your computers. Each unit is listed individually on our testing-reports. All performance data, components as well as all accessories are seized in every detail by us. After project conclusion we pass the detailed documentation to you for your information and also for accounting reasons.

Gladly we documentate your goods as you default us to do. (e.g. documentation of serial- and inventory numbers, agency numbers, location and much more!)

After the documentation process we submit each unit to an extensive functioning test. All hardware is disassembled by us into different quality classes. Defective components are repaired or exchanged. Computers are up or downgraded, standardized, disassembled into individual parts etc.

Following this procedure, our customers can be sure to get the expected quality supplied.
